Since I connected the car to my work's WiFi, it seems to get more frequent updates but not on demand. At home, since it doesn't reach my home's WiFi, it is less frequent. But it updates when: * it starts charging * it reaches 85% * it reaches 100% * it stops charging (when L2 triggers the power charging system problem) * request climate control on * change schedule charge
Hello, The only way I have found to force a refresh is to "stop charging" and "Start charging". When the command is given to stop charging the page refreshes with the most updated information on the charge percentage. Then I can command the program to begin charging again. This works every time for me regardless of what percentage it is at. Hope someone finds that helpful. I am in a fully electric 2018 clarity.
I posted this in another thread on this subject, but to just have it here for reference as well, if you hit the Find Your Vehicle button it will spend 1-2 min locating and that will provide a refresh of the charging status. Another user on these boards originally posted about it, just can't recall who and which thread at this point but wanted to share that tip.
