Ok, I guess the black arm and colored flap are one piece. Not sure how that was necessary to replace.

They did replace the flap and the sticker. And took off my little stick-on light (I found it in the cup holder).

Error has been coming and going for me - fiddling with the plunger will fix it for a bit, but on my commute home yesterday it was a constant barrage of the error coming and going the whole trip home. Guess I'm going to have to figure out a way of getting it to a dealer sooner than I'd hoped.

Sorry, I went through this for 5 months. It was fine when it first began b/c the error message goes away after a minute. The only issue was I couldn't access my recent phone numbers or another menu on the driver display. The last month before the parts came in, I noticed that the error would only pop up if I took a right turn too fast, never a left turn.

I think my service rep didn't properly order the part until I called back after 5 months. They still owe me a new yellow S emblem for knocking mine off. I asked for a double sided tape cutout, he told me he has to order a new emblem. It's been a couple weeks now.

I bit the bullet and scheduled a service appointment for next week. Dealership will be about a 4 hour drive with charging. Will just have my partner drive separately and leave the SE there. Really hoping they can get the part quickly - otherwise I'll have to make that drive 3 times since I'm not keen on leaving it with them for more than a few weeks.

My dealer gave me a loaner so I didn't have to drag my wife along. The part only took 2 days to get. I left it with them on Friday and picked it up the following Wednesday. My dealer is only about 40 minutes away, which is bad enough. If they close that service center in Tacoma, I'd have to go all the way up to Seattle which would be more like 1.5 hours with traffic most of the time.

Dropped my SE off at the Richmond (VA) dealership on Sunday. Drive wasn't terrible, 2 charging stops - the first of which had a 10-15min wait, my first time having to wait at a DC charger, and it really opened my eyes to the need for many more locations and even stalls as EV adoption increases rapidly. MANY folks new to EV charging as well and lots of questions. Really need dealerships to teach some basics of DC fast charging and the current norms (IE - EA stations that have 2 plugs per pedestal can still only use one at a time, only charge to 80% unless absolutely necessary, etc.)

Got an update today that the charge port, replacement speaker (I had a busted speaker), and one of the wheel arches (I asked to have them replaced since they got stained from all the cosmoline) had arrived and they'd start the install today. The other wheel arch is expected tomorrow - so as long as things go as planned I'll be able to make the trip to pick it up this Saturday.

Overall impressed so far with communication and service from the dealer (this isn't the dealership I purchased from).

Picked up the SE yesterday (Saturday) and all is well. They only replaced the "COVER HOUSING CHARGING" part 51-17-7-496-248 for the charging flap error. Also did the telematics update and replaced my center woofer and front wheel arches and all looks and sounds good now. Very happy with the service and how quickly they got everything done. Luckily traffic and charging wasn't as bad as I expected on a holiday weekend.
