I was suffering for a year - washer fluid was everywhere except the spot right in front of my eyes. Finally my laziness allowed me to look at it, turns out there are 6 holes on the left wiper arm, 3 on each side. I plugged 2 that were spraying down with a piece of a match, and readjusted 2 on the top with a needle. Finally I can see the road!
