Why I just sold my 2019 Niro EV

    Ok good information, thank you. After reading the TSB, it seems they should have ordered all the parts to have on-hand. As soon as they replace the brackets, reassemble and test again, they should immediately be going back in and removing the gear and motor and testing both individually to replace one or both as needed. April, July, October, seems way too spread out. My fear is having to go through all this for over a year when it should all be tested and fixed at once when they have it all opened up. I want to give my service team the benefit of the doubt and trust to see how they follow the instructions and not micro manage but after reading so many similar stories to yours (and yours seems relatively good compared to many others), I don't know that I can afford over a year of this back and forth nonsense.
