AKA Supply Authority and you are right, my experience scheduling as an electrical contractor to change a service requires electrical permit first, then the Supply Authority uses that number to schedule the disconnect/ re-connect and change of feed wiring (UG or overhead) if required. It's not like it used to be - cut the wires- do the work - temporary hook up, and call later for an appointment for the new feed. Times have changed Note: It still can be done, but only in an emergency situation if on a weekend or holiday.
I know it's been a while since I wrote anything here but I've had this photo on my phone since the work was done and thought I would show the "charger". I really do like the design of the Chargepoint EVSE over all the others, not just in looks but in cord management. I've only used it twice since the install, just not going anywhere at the moment.
