It pushes 'low carbon' energy on the public when what is required is no CO2 ( or no carbon) energy. It pushes various long tail pipe scams including hydrogen and bio fuels (which take up farm land) and all of it is a front for the natural gas scam which is worse than coal. It is seeking to restrict access to green energy to promote rent seeking on behalf of existing fossil fuel perps so it can jack up rates and slow green adoption. This is such an obvious scam that the remedies are obvious short of out right barring- it needs to be subjected to anti monopolistic practices ( to spin offs) and any of it green distribution outlet acquisitions need to come with the iron clad provision that they be 100% sourced from no-carbon (excludes sequestration delusions and all natural gas sources) energy and the amounts they can charge over the actual cost of production needs to be capped to prevent their collusive attempts to raise the cost at the charger to protect already hype subsidized fossil fuel at retail- and of course all fossil fuel subsidies need to be ended with the public made aware that the subsidy theft of public funds radically higher than what the public knows.
