Given: Wuling Hong Guang Mini EV Cabrio Goes On Sale In China For $14,000 (insideevs.com) I'm surprised that BMW let Wuling and GM get away with calling their cars the Mini EV Cabrio and Mini EV Gameboy.
I suspect that there's no legal recourse - there are a ton of flagrant wanna-be copies made in China. If Mercedes came out with a hatchback with round headlights, BMW would be all over them.
To be fair it's called 宏光MiniEV Cabrio. I don't think there is legal recourse for the Mercedes Sprinter Minibus let alone the minivan.
