Juicebox Users Beware - Software 'Update' Broken

    Was "forced" to switch to new IOS Enel X app. The old app worked very well. I used the scheduled charging system in my Model 3.

    The new app does not recognize me (deleted and reloaded the app, new password, etc,) and support opened a ticket. Meanwhile I cannot use the Tesla internal scheduler and rather have to manually start charging from within the car.

    And BTW, the web client does let me log on...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I am having the same problems after being migrated over to the new app in late September. I've been going back and forth with customer support for over three weeks now.

    My system has two Juiceboxes on a load-sharing circuit. Enel X Way broke load-sharing, but a technical fix has at lease partially addressed this. However, I still cannot charge either my Tesla Model Y or my VW e-Golf via a timed event, either initiated from the car or via TOU on the Juiceboxes.

    Have people's issues been resolved?

    My issues have not been resolved after many weeks and customer support DOES NOT GET BACK WITH ANY ANSWERS....very sad!

    I'm disappointed to learn about the load-sharing problem; one of the key reasons I purchased the Juicebox was that feature in anticipation of owning a second EV someday. I hope that you're able to get the TOU issue resolved.

    Well just loaded the new app since the old one stopped working. It never had an issue before. The Juicebox stopped connecting to my home wifi. I followed the standard steps of resetting and such, but it did not connect. After leaving it for a day and half. It connected. BUT now it stays connected for about an hour then disconnects for @15 minutes then reconnects, so I get constant notifications of online offline online... I attempted to add my vehicle (2023 ford lightning) but the year was not an option nor the additional battery options. Most of the other stuff just does not work either but you documented that extremely well already. I will probably delete the app and just use the ford app to track. Too bad it was great for a while.
