I believe dangling balls are legal in Oregon. Heck, we decriminalized hard drugs and recently made it official that being proficient in reading writing and arithmetic are no longer necessary to earn a high school diploma. It’s just too difficult for some kids, so let’s drop the whole requirement for everyone.

Not too long ago the list of vanity license plates that were rejected by the DMV was released to the press. Some could be perceived as offensive or in poor taste to sensitive individuals. Others such as WINELVR, were rejected because they made mention of a controlled substance. Below is an image of one of our State sanctioned custom license plates which is available to anyone for a small fee.
