Using information found here I was able to remove the RH door mirror rather easily. But i can not get the painted cover off of the mirror. The only release for the cover I see are three tabs. I have loosened all three and still the cover won't budge. Could someone who has removed their mirror cover please give me some advice on how to do it ?
Thanks. I got it off but there was some plastic that made the ultimate sacrifice. Even with it off I can't see a practical way to remove it. Would love to know the proper way...if there is one.
