Seems that in response to fall out from the vapor ware that appears to be MB's newest electric unveiling the Daimler head has resigned. In context the Audi head is in prison but still is CEO. Meanwhile Audi's etron won't sell from its dealers and will only sell at compliance rates. And BMW has been added to Diesel Gate part 2 which could create similar ramifications for the BMW C suit. Have to wonder if what appear to be BS actions by the SEC toward Tesla- non confidence in that agency have to do with a pattern of wanting retaliation for Tesla's success and the failure the German public is experiencing from its auto makers. Also noted that German judges were seeking a way to prosecute German politicians for non compliance with climate law.
