Aptera posted a render of the Production Intent vehicle along with this description: Did you know Aptera has 189 solar cells? By removing four solar cells from regions of the vehicle with high curvature, we've managed to boost Aptera's overall power output. But how does this work? The output of a solar string is determined by the weakest cell within the array. In this case, the high curvatures in areas of the hatch were compromising the entire string.
