I run Uber/Lyft and always cutting it close. It's in my best interest, all of our bests interest to know the limits of our vehicles. This is no different than an ICE vehicle where your fuel gauge shows empty, but it's your car and you knw you have 1/16th of a tank left. If that last DCFC was down , dont freak out, you have a nice little buffer.Use it ONLY in an emergency situation to get to the next charger
