I agree - I don't understand why they are charging so much for a service that many other carmakers offer for free (Ford, Tesla, etc)

Feels like they have misread the revenue curve: I bet a LOT of people would throw away $5/month, but $22 is two decent lunches with colleagues at a restaurant. Not Worth It.

One more question.

I got my Niro this weekend and gave my insurance agent the VIN. I insure with State Farm. My agent sent me my papers which listed the vehicle as

1. 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid EX 2wd 4d
2. 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid S touring 2wd 4d

Anyone else have this problem?

We hit a similar struggle last April but our insurance company was able to manually enter the EV with an update to the system based on the VIN.
