So I wanted to add a Virtual Private Network (VPN) to improve my computer and iPhone security. I used their web page and entered the Citi credit card info: Transaction denied! Nothing like being a little paranoid and having that message show up right after entering the credit card. No 800 support number on the card but I was able to noodle it out of the credit card web page. Then the automated phone system "System unavailable" . . . wow, they hacked the phone answering system too! Long story short, I eventually reached a human and she told me they were down for maintenance. (... or did they hack the human too??) She didn't have an East European or Oriental accent. Bob Wilson
Apparently attempting to buy a VPN while the unannounced Citi maintenance affect my later retries. Citi support, a human, corrected the problem and I now have VPN enabled. Bob Wilson
