The Equipment PDF for the order books of the 3WT and 4WT Fleet version of the Silverado EV is now available. This PDF describes the standard and available features on each truck. There are a lot of interesting things in this document.
This is great, thanks for sharing. Some interesting bits of info I found: Max DC fast charge power is 300 kW ; 4 X 120-volt outlets in bed, 1 X 240-volts in bed, 1 X 120-volt in e-Trunk (frunk), 1 X 120-volt back of floor console; (more to come)
I'm impressed that the 240-Volt (Chevy capitalizes the "W" in "kW;" they should be used to capitalizing the "V" in "Volt") outlet pumps out 7.7 kW. That means it can charge my MINI Cooper SE at it's maximum Level 2 speed. I could buy a Silverado for my wife and she could rescue me after I scoff at the SE's GOM one too many times! "Honey, we're trading your Honda Clarity in on a Silverado EV. You'll love it!"
It's 300 kW because these WTs are most likely using a Smaller 20 module pack like the Hummer SUV rather than the full 24 Module pack of the Pickup. So if an RST gets 400 Miles of range these WTs maybe get 340 Miles.
Do you have a source for that? I found this claim on a dealer's site: "The Silverado EV WT will offer up to 400 miles of range with GM’s longest-range battery, the 24-module Ultium battery pack."
It made sense to me at least. If they are offering the 24 module pack for 4WT and not the 3WT then they are probably limiting the charging some other way to reduce costs.
