I rolled up to an EVgo unit yesterday, and found that the sticker with the RFID logo over the reader was substantially peeled back -- that's right, it's just a sticker slapped over a clear plastic window with the reader mounted right behind it. Not much active componentry on it, so the smarts are likely elsewhere and this is just an antenna and maybe signal-conditioning board. _H*
