I want a kit of charge cables and adaptors that let my EV6 charge at std lvl 1 wall outlets (US) as well as level 2 camper style 4 prong and drier style 3 prong. Lots of numbers like 15-50 at 48 amps... But I would love one kit that safely allows one to plug into anything by just swapping out the plug. Does it exist? Also can anyone sign up and use Tesla network yet? Thanks!
Something like a J+ Booster 2 or Mustart Travelmaster come to mind. Tesla used to have one too and other car makers also offer them, but availability might be tricky. You'll need a NACS or J1772 adapter to match the vehicle, depending on what you get.
I have used the Tesla supercharger network with my Mini SE a couple of times. I signed up with the app (also used for payment and to initiate a charge). You only have access to a handful of locations at the moment. Those with the MagicDock installed. Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
Yes EVgo/PlugShare knows where the Magic Docks are if you filter CCS/SAE plug + Tesla Supercharger network. So far 11 sites!
