FYI -- A class action lawsuit regarding the Kona EV battery and recall issue was filed this summer in federal court in California. The case is called Friche v. Hyundai, and it is filed in the federal court online filing system called PACER in the federal court called the Central District of California. The case number is CV-21-1324-CJC-ADS (C.D. Cal.)(lawsuit filed August 9, 2021). The original lawsuit and the court's docket for the case are attached as pdfs for those who want to follow the case.
