Hi, all. My 2022 Kia Niro EV just passed its 1st anniversary, so the Kia Connect service switched to "Lite" (free) version. At the same time, my Nav system stopped working. Now, when I enter a destination address, I see this message: "Reconfiguration required. To reconnect services, click Reconfiguration" and when I do that, it says my Kia Connect account doesn't have this service. So, is Navigation only available to those with higher-level Kia Connect subscriptions?

Also, regarding Roadside Assistance - it's not listed as a feature on the Kia Connect "Lite" (free) service (although it IS listed under the $59/year plan), but my new car's 2022 Monroney sticker says I have 5 year/60,000 mile Roadside Assistance. So, do I have it or not? I'll also try calling Kia support for clarification.
