GM left the EU because it didn't want to produce EVs

    People have to remember GM is a fossil fuel company. It is part of the fossil fuel supply chain. That makes it wrong and backwards with no future on every level.

    You can't look at its green washing blather, you have to look at its actions. After it went bankrupt (not long ago it left the EU), it left the EU (meaning its not a global auto maker any more like Tesla) with its tail between its legs because as a fossil fuel company it didn't want to produce EVs because EVs cut into fossil fuel consumption. It also left Australia which recently produced its first 100% nation wide hour of pure solar power more than 70% from roof top solar. You can imagine that fake green fossil fuel company GM doesn't want to be there- that's moving away from the rent seeking and energy slavery GM actually stands for.

    GM was on the wrong side of CARB. It needed to be bailed out making ventilators recently. Its Bolt was a LG vehicle that it only ever intended to sell in compliance numbers. We witnessed its recent fiasco with Nikola and GM's attempt to greenwash in more fossil fuel natural gas and cheat EV emission credits for pushing natural gas- super dumb. Now we have its super truck which again is slated for more compliance numbers if GM is not bankrupt again by next year blaming electrification and its union and blaming its employees who are worse off than other auto employees. Deja vu its new super truck was found with a wire trailing out the bottom like the Nikola truck and its photo shop runs of the truck said "simulation..." When there was contoversy about there being no actual vehicle it rolled out a truck body that could have been powered by a golf cart motor as its done in the past- a prototype without even a vesion of its power train- ala Nikola.
    Its a year from production with no working prototype. This is all about appearances like its relationship with its shills Navigant and Consumer Reports. GM is always reacting to Tesla. So it appears it had its shill Consumer Reports print a headline in response to Tesla's FSD beta (GM is reduced to having to respond desperately to betas) saying Tesla was a distant 2nd to GM on self driving, because while the article said the old Tesla stuff not even the new FSD was still objectively much better than GM Cruz vaporware- overall it was supposed to be much worse because Cruz was better at telling you when it wasn't working which was all the time. And of course GMs super limited stuff has almost no real world deployment. But GM being not much more than and advertiser that hires other advertisers and an assembler of parts made elsewhere realized it woudln't even be able to make false claims against what Tesla is about to launch so it had to half arse sieze the moment to continue to try string along its dumb investors- it clearly has total contempt for its investors.

    Brings us to why GM selected Bara they must of figured as an engineer and a woman she would be more credible about lying to the public and investors about Mother Earth deadly critical externality issues while it pursued its real strategy of trying to block EV sales in states by hiding behind dealers and leaving continents that required EVs and opposing clean air legislation everywhere all to protect fossil fuels. Bara is honest at times about GMs delusional aspiration as she recently said: ICE will be thriving in the 2040s. She is another paid liar when she goes on about GMs 0,0,0. True self driving would cut GMs vehicle output radically- they don't want it because more than cutting their revenue it would cut into their precious fossil fuels sales facilitation or reason for being. Pretty sure if you could look at the familes investments associated with GM including its management its all fossil fuels and toxic chemical for generations. Control through chemical rent seeking and unnecessary pollution turned into insult to injury 'profit' is their game. Brain injuring lead in the gas, anti seat belts, cobalt in the gas but blame evs for comparatively tiny non existent cobal, anti air bags- this is who they are.

    They operate in a way where a simple board meeting leak like what happened with VW would set the record straight on them. GM is pure fossile fuel BS that deserves to be out of business and will be out of business permanetly soon. Can't make money from deliberately harming other people. That kind of negative or good will turned public ill will catches up- its called justice.
