Kyle raised this question back in Jan, 2018. Has it ever been resolved. I just topped my fuel tank for the first time with 2.5 gals and the range came up over 700 miles. Local dealers service center does not know how to fix it. Bernie

I purchased the car on July 4th, shouldn't the update have already been applied? Last week, it started showing 850+ miles on HV.
Doesn’t matter what the build date is since no one has reported that their Clarity came with the update. Have your dealer install Service Bulletin 18-069 (J-20-18 for Canada) to fix the erroneously high HV range estimate. It probably won’t pull up on his computer by using your VIN. Have them search by the SB #. It’s for all VINs.
