Is it possible to car camp in the clarity? I'm looking into purchasing a Clarity and I am wondering if you can fold the seats down and sleep in the car flat.

Do you mean like a 1950 Nash Rambler?

No, you can't do that in a Clarity. The front seats recline, but they cannot lay flat like a 1950 Nash Rambler (which didn't have headrests). When you fold the rear seats, the pass-through from the trunk is pretty small, but you might have room for one person to fit in there.

There are custom mattresses for people who sleep in their Teslas, but none that I know of for the Clarity.

Edit: I just flipped the rear seats down and got out the tape measure. The distance between the front of the (not quite flat) folded seats and the rear of the trunk is about 64 inches. You might be able to pile some blankets on the floor between the front seats and the rear seats to gain a bit more length for the single sleeper's pillow.
