So I had this issue probably a year ago, where when I went to start my car, all sorts of brake system warning screens came on. With the help of people on this forum, I knew what service bulletin to mention when I took it to the dealer. Since they fixed it, I haven't had any issues. Well, fast forward to today, I've got almost 26k miles on my clarity and the same warning lights came on as I was heading to work. Has anyone experienced this issue twice? I've made an appointment with the dealer but as others on this forum, I hate going to the dealer (and our other car is in the body shop from when my wife got rear ended). Any advice? Thanks!
I had an Electronic Parking Brake error message along with an Electronic Transmission warning message. Car still dove normally. Problem turned out to be a bit of something stuck under the reverse switch preventing it from completely returning to its normal position. Clearing the debris (dealer did it at no charge) corrected the issue.
