I was in too much of hurry to add that link and didn't notice the Clarity incompatibility clause. I know the Clarity's valve stems are configured for the slime-injector tire-repair pump but I thought that the difference was simply a longer threaded part of the stem to ensure a better seal. They don't have reverse threads or anything like that, so why wouldn't these carbon-fiber valve caps fit? Did someone actually try them on a Clarity?

Amazon doesn’t recognize obscure cars. A Schrader valve is a Schrader valve. Any Schrader valve cap, no matter how unnecessarily over engineered, will fit the Clarity.

I was curious about why Amazon didn't also flag the cheap-o valve caps in my other link as incompatible. Oh wait, it's Amazon we're talking about.

Of course, whatever sophisticated valve caps you may choose (Carbon Fiber, Stainless Steel, Titanium or active caps with pressure sensors), you better remove them before going to the dealer for any kind of service. I think the odds are very good that your car would be returned to you with the plain-old plastic bicycle style caps !
