Just one quibble @Landshark , the Clarity PHEV batteries are not manufactured by Panasonic. They are made by 'Blue Energy' (joint venture between GS YUASA and Honda) ... https://www.blue-energy.co.jp/en/products/
Maybe. That link shows those batteries mounted in the 2018 Accord Hybrid, but not the Clarity. It also shows it to have a nominal voltage of 3.6V as opposed to 3.7V. AZ Lithium, who has dismantled Clarity batteries, has stated that they use Panasonic cells. They could be incorrect. Thanks for the info. Good to see their claim of 50,00@ cycles from 10-85%.
Thanks - I'm running 64 bit android and I received the update and it downloaded - running 2.01.54. I haven't had a chance to try it out.
Thank You MrFixit, I just tested the AP200 and it now works to get Battery Capacity. My Autel AP200 shows 51.9; my Vgate iCar shows 51.94.
So we need to update the FW on thé device, not the Honda addin? I am trying it now ,and my VCI is still stuck at 2.03 FW. It says there is no FW update available. My app is 1.41 1.40.06.64 I also noticed that my FW is 2.03 which is higher than the beta? Help
NO - The VCI Firmware is correct at 2.03. You have a 64-bit App, which is good. You need to look at the Honda Diagnostics version. It should look like this: You need to see the 2.01.54 on the Honda line.
It should check for a new version every time you start the MaxiAp200. Try exiting the App, and starting again. I assume you created a login? If you start the App, it should ask you to log in. When you go o the diagnostics page it should automatically check (you will see a message appear and then disappear at the top). If you swipe down on the gray area, it makes it check again, but it should find it on it's own. We have never seen a case where this update fails to work when someone has 1.40.06.64/ I'm going to send you a PM to verify that your serial number is right.
SN seems correct. i deleted the data and logged in again. I searched for the Honda, and only v2.01 showed up. I installed it, unzipped it - then refreshed, still no bête showing up
The diag app - do I need diag Asia, Eu or USA? édit: i had diag-Asia, so I removed it and it asked to me install again
Everything looks good to me. Out of your group of 9, I have heard from you, @ajzwilli and @bpratt. Both if them were successful. You are at the point where you should not have to try un-install / re-install. Everything seems good. It should just update. I recently had a problem where I lost mine. Then after a day or-so it came back and updated fine. I will monitor others.. I suggest you just try logging in again tomorrow. There may be a server issue going on.

No - You and @ajzwilli were in the 2nd group, and @bpratt was in the 3rd. They are both working. I don't know about whether Canada is an issue or not... Out of all 27, there is likely someone else from Canada, but I'm not sure.
