So, ever now and then, especially when the AC has been on for a bit and the car cools I have been having this spring sound when I go over bumps. It is amplified by the sunroof being open(making me thing the acoustical nature of the felt material dissipates it) but I am assuming it is a seatbelt tensioner. Has anyone else had something similar and how was it with the dealer?
I'm so jealous of that sunroof! Cars imported to NZ are rarely equipped because we are still stuck in the '60-70s mindset of British cars where they rust out and leak. Many owners have reported an occasional faint rattle in the seat belt adjustment slider, myself included. That noise is far louder than what I hear.
