Nobody anywhere has ever said it was only China that was a threat for doing this. People point out China because they are a likely candidate of not upholding their end of the deal because of past behavior of the government and because it would have a larger impact if they didn't.

lol. In no way shape or form did I ad hominem you. I just condescendingly told you that you didn't understand the argument that people have against the Paris accord. It is clear that you are not trying to engage in the discussion in good faith.

You come in claiming that people criticize the Paris accord because they don't understand what the Paris accord really is and then proceed to describe something that isn't what the Paris accord is (but sounds a whole lot more like the IPCC, which nobody is arguing against its existence). Then start accusing people of using bad arguments when they disagree with you. So far, you have yet to demonstrate why the Paris accord is necessary nor have you demonstrated why people's concerns with it being a non-binding agreement is wrong.
