I don't see it posted anywhere, but Alex on Autos has announced Rav 4 Prime pricing as follows: start at $38,100 and go up to (eek) $47,185.

Just checked with local Utah stealership regarding availability. Salesman said RAV4 Prime will only be sold in California and New York. He also said the only way to purchase outside of those two states is if you pay the shipping charges.
The Rav4 Prime will be sold in Michigan. My order is being processed. The dealership that I have worked with for over 15 years has no delivery date yet.
I think your salesperson may be wrong. I haven't seen any info about limited sales and the press release mentions a couple of groups of dealers in the country may have different delivery charges.

Available in QC. Model SE comes to about $31500 USD all taxes and fees in. i have 2 orders at 2 separate dealerships, but so far have only been called for the XSE model which I politely refused. Don’t feel paying 6-7k for pretty much leather seats...
