I got my new battery installed Monday. Dropped car off at 8:00 am picked it up at 4:00 pm Service guy said it would be fully charged at pick up.....as I was driving to L A, upon pick up. Car only had 40%.........#$%@....my bad, I should have monitored it, via blue tooth. Svc guy said, retail cost is about $14,000. bob
