Hi all, So i have my Kona since March, & absolutely love it. Unsurprisingly its worlds away from the 30kwh Leaf that i owned before it. But in the short time I've had it, its been subject to 2 recalls (software update & now this fire one), & I've had issues with the speedo freezing & the radio freezing (so much so that when i got home turned off the car, I had to disconnect the 12v battery for a second to turn off the radio). Not exactly filling me with confidence - i'm sure they're just niggles & yes its all under warranty, but still I expected better from Hyundai. Wouldn't make me change it though!
I’ve not heard of this radio issue you have reported. Have you taken it to the service center and if so did they have a solution?
There is a little hole on the radio that can be used to reset the data storage. That should help, I forget how exactly to do it.
