Says who? did you read the article? first it says Tesla plans to start slow and go for quality first and build less than 3000 cars in 2019, I think the number will be WAY lower than 3000, and closer to 300 salable units. The article is typical CleanTechnica, full of speculation, with nothing having been confirmed by Tesla, and actually contradictory to Tesla guidance during the last earnings call.
