I'm not holding my breath, but it may happen this year? Or never... They dropped their $5000 credit just before we bought our Leaf. And added punitive fees, so EV's pay more than gas guzzlers! Now they are looking at a $2500 rebate. Without the credit - sales dropped 90%! A dealer in Alabama had a good business in selling year old Leafs. Many to Atlanta. Once the credit died, so did their Atlanta business... Fingers crossed! You'd think the government would encourage EV ownership.
