Defending American Democracy Against the Fossil Fuel Based Oligarchic Coup (12 points)

Oligarchy in the US has been attempting to destroy our democracy through fossil fuels. Very obvious with things like 911, Enron, Iraq wars, Afganistan, Libya, Patriot Act, domestic spying and endless gag orders (50 thousand right after 911.) Losing to this oligarchy would be like reversing the results of the civil war and WWII. This oligarchy is no more honorable in intent or aims or its reality than these past evils. It is the same right to exploit, people as property, slavery and race based obsolute hierarchy model of tyrranical oppression.

Oligarchy is rule by the rich in essence. It is not legitimate government! And if allowed to take hold it is also not survivable at this point. It would ruin the lives of essentially every American and exponetially increase the crisis in the world. It amounts to hereditary succession of power concentrated into a very few hands. This means power given to inbred idiots and their even more inbred and moronic children. And in today's world that would be giving nukes and weaponized data bases over to idiots to use as they please for tyrrany and terror. It is a solipcistic system based on endless terror and lies where essentially everyone is born ransomed and held hostage from birth and it is a world that runs on terror where there is no security for anyone not even its total fool 'rulers'- and they would be total fools because if they weren't the purest of fools they would be fighting to restore democracy.

We should never see another Bush or Cheney or Clinton or Trump clan member having anything to do with the admin of the US state- no more royalist oligarchic would-be dynasties. The most important thing to do to be sure of the end of this oligarchic coup attempt, is to pull the plug on natural gas.
There is no right to a return on equity especially not for people who stupidly invested in a criminal scam and ponzi, full from the beginning of polluting but permanently economically stranded non assets (pure liabilities) that pollute and suck down a huge chunk of each round of government spending. This oligarchic bs is why the US is destabilizing and can't pay living wages or afford health care or keep up infrastucture or fund science or respect sound science or maintain a functioning legal system and we now have a silver spoon reality TV show host who was apparently coerced into being the mascot of oligarchic power but still has oligarchic reflexes. The damage from this oligarchic coup attempt is why we can't even keep foreign states including one in the mid east and one boardering the EU from trying to soft conquer us with puppetry. And why especially through bribery as protected speech we have just one party pretending to be two. And why we've been sprouting a surveilance-blackmail state. And why the Army may already be running things behind the scenes in an emergency limp home mode. Fossil fuels and natural gas have been destroying the US economy, and UD standing in the world and the US democracy.

Govenor Lujan in an interview with Axios was spewing all the stupid talking points, trying to say natural gas is a bridge fuel, that it is needed, that it is reliable, that it is cheap, that it is clean, that it is new and improved, that it can be perfected, that it should be able to continue to access federal lands, that it doesn't pollute or use public water any more, that stopping flairing and methane leaks is no big deal. All utter paid lies - none of it true none of it acceptable. It has to be stopped completely to save US democracy and that is much more pressing than climate change. She tried to say stopping it is irresponsible and she opposed cutting its subsidies and its tax evasions. No, not irresponsible but necessary for justice and saving US democracy and getting rid of the oligarchic money and power threatening the US.

Easy steps to take care of it:

1. Immediate, permanent, unconditional end to fossil fuel subsidies and tax evasions. Permanent end of government funded fossil fuel research.

2. Fossil fuels must self insure, all present and future insurance contracts and derivatives are void and made transparent and public. No foreign or domestic public or private institutions will be allowed to loan money to US fossil fuel companies- existing lone terms are frozen- they must self finance. They cannot issue more shares their share amounts are frozen.

3. Permanent divestment of all foreign and domestic insitutional holdings in US fossil fuel companies at a rate of %25 per year. That means no bank, mutual fund, pension fund or insurance company or insurance fund has US fossil fuel holdings after 4 years. It means the same for for firms that trade on US exchanges. No foreign entity will be allowed to increase holdings.

4. Movement of place of incorporation permanently barred for US fossil fuel companies. No capital flight games will be allowed- attempt results in instant nationalization.

5. When fossil fuel companies go bankrupt their assets are always without exception immediately nationalized and run at cost to wind down and remove the physical infrastructure- fossil fuels are a bridge only in the sense that have to be dismantled rapidly and permanently. Each is given a full shut off and full dismantle date 5 years from bankruptcy/nationalization.

6. No more fossil fuel access to federal lands. No new purchase contracts no new drilling or mining for fossil fuels in the US or any of its territories ever again.

7. Pre Trump admin schedule for CAFE and methane etc. reinstated with penalties retroactively implemented. Parris accord rejoined. Can't have tyrrany rewarded. Fossil fuel protection tarrifs barred permanently- no 25% tarrif on import pick ups or equivalent on pv cells.
Once fully off sanctions against countries still using fossil fuels.

8. Foreign fossil fuel companies barred from trying to fill vacuum in domestic markets- it is reserved for domestic green energy only.

9. Once nationalized these names are delisted from the exchange and the USG holds the names forever none of the names will ever do business in the US or else where again.

10. No suits against the people for this- suits against individual politicians that peddled this fraud are fine no statute of limitations- blind investment needs to be a crime. If people invest in obvious criminal concerns they get what they deserve and are lucky if they avoid incarceration. They can sue the people who ensnared them. This doesn't chill it smartens.

11. The legal constitutional right for this should come from the police and war powers of the state- its no inane war on drugs its about saving US democracy and all human life. This fraud has gone on 70 years longer than it should have, that it comes to an end is no surprise those perpetrating it have been paid off countless times over.

12. A single cent given or taken by a politician for election or other influence
is life in prison for both parties. Media and tech companies will not profit from elections- violation of that is loss of charter and imprisonment of executives under long term felonies with strict liability.

Lets sumarize: they don't get government supports, they self fund, self insure and they get fully divested by all but domestic private individuals and when they fail in any kind of bankruptcy they are permanently physically taken off the map. And we start destroying the damn bribery that got us in this idiotic mess in the first place.

None of this is extreme, it is the level playing field that has been missing. But because fossil fuels in terms of thermodynamics efficiency and economic efficiency (resources in vs out) don't work and can't work and aren't fixable with any level of tech that wouldn't obviate them they will fail completely in a single presidential term. Which is nothing because the load is less under quick nationalzation because we're not carrying the load of their paracitism and radically inflated prices for energy and poisoning and corrupting the rest of our economy and politics.
