Anyone have any experience with this? We've owned EVs since 2001 but this one has us (and so far, Honda) stumped. We have had the car for 12 days. The car had previously been charged at an Electrify America station, taken to a destination, level 2 charged for 3.5 hours, rested for 1.5 hours, then driven 60 miles back to the same EA DCFC where it could not be charged (this message appeared when we turned on the car to drive away). Over the next 5 hours, we limped back home trying several EVgo DCFC stations and charging at multiple level 2 chargers. The next day, we got to a ChargePoint DCFC and the car charged up fine. Honda has had the car for 3 days - they are still trying to figure out what to do.
I've only used DCFC once. It was a Greenlots Signet unit. No problems. If the error message went away and it is currently functioning, going to be very hard to diagnose. Impressed that you were able to put 900 miles on in 9 (if Honda has had the car for 3) or 12 days. Either would put you well over the 20K/yr lease allowance if kept up.
