Think Tesla needs to push Alameda to find an actual heath director one not caught up in the CDC and move the interim temporary out as she is caught up in the CDC which is a Army biological warfare agency with the attitude of: it doesn't test because that would get in its way and it is indemnified and really its attitude is secret martial law type stuff and right now it seems to be incentivized to try to cash rake and make itself seem much more important than it is or has a right to be. If she has been part of that she is presumably never getting free of it. And Tesla is a target because Tesla has been disrupting the tight nit defense community in a couple of ways and that community seems to be pushing back through for instance (presumably) the closure of Fremont. First Tesla has been out competing traditional defense contractors, SpaceX has been thumping them. China recently put people on the moon motivating the US to go back. But while SpaceX was selected none of the traditional firms that botched the shuttle were invited back and when that decision became apparent the human mission controller responsible for the decision at NASA was ousted apparently explicitly because he keep the entitled old boy network out. Tesla also in its mission to accelerate the transition to green energy is putting fossil fuels at risk which puts surely puts certain entitled defense entities' cash cows at risk because while fossil fuels clearly weaken US security inherently and intrinsically from a million different angles they also cause a bunch of needless wars that drive defense profit grifing and even as unnecessary preemptive war is evil and places the US at risk- remember Nuremberg, wars of aggression are the single greatest human rights offense- damages US goodwill massively etc.- even as all this is happening the fossil fuel industry has been attempting to argue the contrary that it must bailed out (for the millionth time) because it is somehow not totally obsolete and redundant and in the way but ridiculously some how crucial for national security and categorically different and should be entitled to corporate welfare bailouts by default- maybe if PNAC hadn't failout outright and been discredited. So all the usual suspect losers are up in arms- the kind that think it is not a real win unless it was dirty. Hopefully Tesla didn't drop the suit too soon, and still moves the HQ and has done the work to create transparency on the corruption that has been opposing it if need be.

Barrons wrote a FUD article about Alameda having a spike in cases- and Alameda wanting to shut again. When again neighboring counties are not doing that and 8000 at Space X in Texas up the whole time no issues and 8000 at Tesla Shanghai up most of the time no issues so something is up. A compromise would seem to be something like people uncomfortable can stay home and keep job and keep unemployment- that type of thing. But Alameda's 6 oil refineries in a tiny space remain open but because of one unappointed, unelected, "unaccountable," junior health official with CDC ties Tesla was shut and as implied by Barrons has some sort of risk of it happening again. This person was called "ignorant" but at the very least she appears dishonest because pushed propaganda on coerced vaccination of children in the US when essentially the entire developed world rejects this practice including nations with much better health outcomes.
