I should know, but how to get instant MPG readout?

I have plowed through the manual, the instruction book, and online resources. My 2009 Jetta gives me the option to get "real time" (it is not really real but...) fuel consumption in MPG. Is there such a function for the Clarity?
I realize the G(allon) part would be missing but how about Watts?

There are two places for mpg gas, 1) the gas pump symbol on the driver's display, I think resets with the trip odometer reset, sort of a real-time average; and 2) in the energy pages under history on the center display, there are trip numbers for mpg. Note that several have reported that the mpg numbers in history appear to be biased about 10% high (my experience as well), not a big deal, just a note to consider.

The big blue ring in EV mode is the instant power, but there is no kW numeric display to go with it, and there are no numbers around the ring (like an analog meter face). That would be kinda cool, to have kW numbers around the ring. They could change for different scales if need be (dream on).
