My recent trip to Tunica, Vicksburg, and home, I heard the initial symptoms. So I already have after market parts for my Model 3: Just waiting on warm weather to visit the shop and install them. EEEKKKK!!! EEEKKKK!!! Font too small! How did we ever survive? Ever try to read a medication data sheet? All kidding aside, a snap shot shows $182.81 and I'm waiting for $180.00. A market buy near the close does not look like the best buy today. While the bad news brought down the stock again today, the euphoric markets, both nasdaq and dow are again on a tear today. Traders are scraping the bottom and picking up any stocks that didn't initially join the party.

Compare what happened to my 2019 Model 3 over time: Price: $39,490 -> $37,990 -> $41,990 2019 had $1,500 Autopilot option, so $40,990 is more accurate Range: 240 mi -> 250 mi -> 263 mi Even 2023 Model 3 RWD is $40,240 and 272 mi As for the Cybertruck, I'm not in that market. However, the history of the Model 3 suggests it will come out with a lower price and better performance in the future. If you own TSLA stock and believe the Cybertruck is crap, take your losses now and sell for whatever the going price is. I'll do my best to minimize your losses. Bob Wilson
Well, it hit your target $180 mark, but going lower now. Looks like that 188 buy on Fri was a little premature.
Well I was planning to add a second tranche at a lower price. Looks like $176 might work: $184.26 - Open $184.68 - High $175.01 - Low I was thinking $170 but the Monday dip suggests some automated systems might have boosted buys. Regardless, the average of $176 and $188 is close enough to my target, $180. I try to buy low which means I have to buy. Later, I can sell high. Dang it, can't you find some TSLA stock holders to bad mouth into selling their stock? The price is still too high for my buy order. There are a lot of TSLA stock holders in the Tesla forums. You might join them and convince them to sell their stock. Just quote someone like Gordon Johnson or other Tesla skeptics. You know, the professionals. There is a time limit, seven weeks or the end of March, the first quarter of 2024. The production numbers are released early in April and that will increase the stock price significantly. And there will be the pressure to pay taxes by taking a loss and selling their stock. Bob Wilson
No, my aim and posts were about helping you buy it at a lower price. You don't seem to good at hitting the buy button at the right times. And when there is bad news, that usually helps get a better buy. I am sure you have heard of sell on good news, and buy on bad news. It is very true. But in both cases, it only holds for a short time, to take advantage of that. It is the unexpected that moves stock price either way. If something good is coming and expected, the stock moves up long before. Then if it doesn't happen, or is not as good as expected, it may drop, even if the results were good. That's just the way it is with stock trading.

I don't know either. New products like the Back to the Future, DeLorian may or may not succeed. For example, the iPhone and to a lessor extent, cell phones. In 1991, my first 'luggable' phone was half the size of a shoe box, needed a strap bag to carry, and somewhat unreliable. But it was cheaper than adding a land line. My first pocket sized, flip-phone, also had cell coverage and reliability problems but again, when it worked, especially on the highway, it was great. So last week, I bought a used, iPhone 12 Pro and it as far ahead of my first portable as the 1985 Macintoshes were to IBM PCs. Even if the Cybertrick fails, the technologies will hopefully invade the other Tesla models: 48 V instead of 12 V low voltage architecture. Reliability loop, time domain, ethernet running in same cables and connectors with 48 V power. Steer by wire operating 4-wheels. Extremely hard and strong outer shell like the old DeLorean. Minimize or eliminate the body on white paint shop with 'wrap.' Gorilla glass substantially resistant to pebbles and gravel. Architecture driven, reliability designed, software platform (incrementally in the other Tesla products.) Removable, range extending, battery pack. Of course, many of these have to a greater or lessor extent been seen before. What we haven't seen is the degree all of them are used in the Cybertruck. Still, the jury, the customers, are still out and will vote with their wallets. Just I have no requirement for a CyberTruck but big requirements for the technology. Bob Wilson
