Brought the Silver Fox back to its new home today Not had any time to play around yet, but here's a few pics Its a Long sunny weekend ahead so we'll see what it does
A momentous day for you, congratulations. Those seats look so comfortable. Make sure to fill us in after you have had a chance to have some fun with it
Gravity Gold really is silver and looks great they could have called it Silver Fox, getting my Phantom Black this afternoon and like you will be out and about this weekend.
I wouldn't say "widely" because a) I've never heard it before and b) Google couldn't find it without some persuasion.
Well that's totally bamboozled me Topped up the battery of my P45 from 79% to 100% last night which cost me 53p and I have just got back to Manchester after a trip to Birmingham which there and back with a short detour was 236 miles and it said I had another 46 miles left in the battery when I got home, it was mainly 60-73mph all the way there and back with about 5 miles at each end of 30mph, so on a full charge doing nearly all motorway driving I got 282 miles out of the battery and it says I got 3.5miles per KWh which I don't think is too bad at all. I also tried all three drive modes ECO is quick off the mark, Normal is a bit quicker but boy was sport good for overtaking and it really does do 0-60 in 4.9 seconds and it is a comfy ride I don't feel as though I have just done a 236 mile journey, I forgot to turn off the KLA but didn't find it at all annoying at any time in fact I only noticed it do something a couple of times when I didn't indicate to change lane. My P45 is now on charge and with my 7kw Podpoint charger it has got up to 24% in 30 minutes but says there's another 8hrs 40m to go so will see how much a full charge costs me but I think it's safe to say it'll be a damn site cheaper than petrol which is now £1.38 per litre near me.
HAHA, IHKIWIME= "I Have Know Idea What It Means Either" I just made it up as I have a hard time with acronyms.
If I calculated correctly, that's $7.19/gallon! Today's AAA average price for gasoline in the US is $3.15/gallon (over $4 in California, under $3 in Texas). Promoting the adoption of EVs has been a hit-or-miss proposition, but high gas prices like that will speed the changeover. Your 3.5 miles per kWh is pretty good for a vehicle that large and heavy with a motor powerful enough to propel it to 60 mph in under 5 seconds.
I think your calculation is correct and we have always been jealous of how little you pay to fill your tank, 72% of our petrol/gas price is tax, I wonder how long it will take before EV charging goes up to replace the loss of that 72% tax
Nice specification with dual power seats. Fill us in on the roof type (Solar or Glass), glove box type (Drawer or Bin), heat pump (yes or no), V2L (Yes or No), Window Tint (Factory or aftermarket for you) and price versus the nearest priced VW EV (MSRP vs MSRP). Congradulations on being among the few to own outside of South Korea.
All Project 45's have a solar roof, drawer for glove box which is very roomy, heat pump, V2L adapter and the rear windows are factory coloured glass and not tinted which would be a layer on the surface. After three days here in cloudy UK the solar roof had generated 0.5kw but hopefully more to come when the sun comes out, well if it comes out again this year.
