Weathertech finally shipped my rear floor liners. I have the same love (the product) hate (the service) relationship with Samsung as I do with Weathertech. Here's some pics:
those seem to have a pretty good "bowl" shape for containing snow and mud. The Tuk ones don't seem from the pictures to have as much of a bowl, can anyone confirm this?
I ordered the rear Weathertech mat, note that they waived the shipping cost when I told them I had previously bought the front liners.
Planning on ordering some Tuxmat all season mats in the next day or two. I was reading in another forum that they offer referral codes for a discount to a new customer and a thank you gift for the referrer. Anyone willing to share a code with me?
I thought your order number was the referral code (see here: https://teslamotorsclub.com/tmc/threads/tuxmat-coupon-code-share.126681/ the third post) If so and you did two order, can you send BLAZETIGER one and ME the other: I'm also ordering soon. Otherwise, send to BLAZETIGER and BT can send his order# to me... Wish Costco.ca would ship to the USA....
That Tesla thread was actually one of the ones I saw along with another in a Chevy Bolt forum when I was searching about Tuxmats. I don't know if it's an ongoing thing which is why I asked.
Now it would be great is someone would simply sell something to cover the hump. Why would Honda not do it with their all-weather, when the carpet mat does cover it?? I bought the OEM at half price. I guess a cheap rubber one cut to fit may do?
Ordered my Tuxmats yesterday. I've got the referral code/order number for whenever you're ready to order. You'll get $10 off your order and I'll get a $10 Amazon gift card. Keep that in mind forum members. This way we can pass the savings on to everyone else.
Sorry. Totally spaced on calling them. I have two referral codes if anyone is interested. They do expire in a week so let me know if you need them.
I am thinking about buying a set of Tuxmats. Does anyone want to do the referral program? (If it is still the same, I think you have to call Tuxmats to authorize the code first.) Thanks!
I'll PM you my referral code. I bought these in December so not sure if there was a time limit to use it.
I was very happy to see that the 3D Maxpider mats I love in my Tesla were now available for our Clarity. I think they look better than anything out there and clean easier too. My wife thought they look very ‘classy’ in her Clarity. The biggest disadvantage is their price, but I think they’re worth it. https://www.autoanything.com/floor-mats/3d-maxpider-kagu-floor-mats
They’re separated. They actually give you a 3rd rear piece that just covers the rear center hump. I put that on first and then positioned the left and right mats. This then anchors the center piece. Of course you don’t have to use the center piece if you choose not to.
Here's A $10 discount code from my recent Tuxmats purchase if someone wants to use it: 1123 . It has been activated. I guess just reply if you use it so folks know it's been used (one-time use).
If I’m not mistaken, these are quite price competitive with respect to Weathertec and TuxMata. Would you say these are as effective as other options in terms of “all-weatherness”? Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
