College Hills Honda and Hondapartsprime.com. Individual prices varied considerably. Best savings was by mix and match. Depends on what you’re ordering.
Bernardi is also good, especially if you're nearby enough to get their cheapest shipping. College hills generally has some aftermarket stuff which is reliable. I'm guessing the crv horn wiring adapters there will fit in the clarity. For broader random aftermarket try carID. Sent from my Pixel XL using Tapatalk
What wheels are these? Any idea on the stock wheel dimensions as well? (Looking to go with an aftermarket set for summertime here in Minnesota).
Check out the Aftermarket Wheel Compatibility thread (oops, that link doesn't take you to the start of the thread)

You’ll be losing the proven aerodynamics for the subjective gain of aesthetics. To round out the wheel well will take a lot of body work, cutting, Bondo and painting. Sounds expensive
Wow! That really disguises the wheel pants to where they’re not even noticeable. Looks good too. I’ll keep mine stock but if you hate the wheel pants, that’s a great solution.

Was going to ask a friend to create a custom black matte vinyl wheel arch to help the looks so I don't lose the aero but it might look a bit better? Can always take it off.
Rear fender skirts might improve aerodynamics, but Honda says the (ever controversial) angled tops of the rear-wheel arches and the intakes in the rear doors that force air across the rear-wheel wells accomplish the same purpose.
