This morning I had no radio nor any response from the infotainment system. It stated it was inoperable during a phone call. My phone was not connected to the USB cable for Carplay, I was not on a call, I even turned off the phone with no resolve. Tried to turn off the car and restart- no dice. Any advice.
Can you reboot the head unit by holding down the its on/off "button"? If repeated re-starting of the car doesn't fix the problem you may have to try the battery-disconnect cure.
