I tend to agree with Anthony on the 140F and 177F... I have thousands of miles of OBDII records, and it looks like warmup reaches about 140F before shutting off. The attached file shows the type of information that is used to determine the warmup operations. I had a strange one to report... I started in "not HV mode" (EV mode), and the ICE cycled quite a few times. I am wondering if it is due to the changing ambient temperature. My EV range had been running about 28, but recently it is over 40. The car was parked and charged, EV range was over 40. I started my drive in EV mode, to get the SOC down to good HV operation, but the ICE started almost immediately, then cycled several times. The attached file is all driven in EV mode, and shows RPM, MPH, coolant temp, SOC, Thottle, ambient temp... Just for information on the interweb. I really thought I had the ICE operation figured out...
Data collected off several Clarity's coincides with the findings of @AnthonyW and @ClarityBill 140-170'ish degrees f. Hope this helps.
