https://www.ucsusa.org/clean-vehicles/electric-vehicles/ev-emissions-tool#z Here's mine. So based on Georgia's love of Natural gas I'm basically getting the same CO2 numbers as a new Hyundai Ioniq HEV. Also there are some nifty charts here if you're wondering how your state electrifies their grid.
something strange going on with that calculator. It shows the Clarity PHEV at 56 mpg equivalent. (and your 2015 kia soul at 63 mpg in my zip code) But the clarity has a higher electric MPGe (110) than the Kia Soul Electric (105).... Any ideas why? Just flawed data scraping? Or maybe they assume it's 50% gas-only driven and 50% electric.... except it says that's the equivalent ONLY for charging it (with electricity). Edit: found it in their faq. Says they're averaging in gas-miles but don't say how they decide how many. Which doesn't match the text on the page saying it's the equivalent from "charging" it.
