Looking at some of the other threads, I'm wondering what systems the 12 volt controls/influences. Apparently, it is needed to start the car and am wondering if it plays a part in UVO communication. My PC portal and android app have been unable to access UVO for a week or so. Yesterday, I started the car and let it sit for 15 minutes or so to charge the 12 volt. I then plugged it into my level 2 charger to bring it up to my usual 80%. In a couple hours, I got an e-mail that charging was done. I then checked and UVO was accessable. Wondering if UVO is turned off at some point to retain 12 volt charge.

  3. I would think the UVO needs the cellular circuits operating and presumably at least one processer. At some point when the battery voltage drops low enough, whatever voltage dividers stand between the battery and the cellular and computer hardware will drop the resulting voltage to some level that is too low to bias them appropriately permitting IC transistors to function.
