I have my charge timer set to start at 23:15 PM and shot off at 7:00 AM to take advantage of the low nightime rate for charging.

Yesterday I took the car to a manual car wash. I locked the car before I started washing.
While washing I noticed the lights flashed once.

When I "started" the car, the touch screen panel was blank for a moment and a warning message that unfortunately I did not pay much attention to as I was in traffic.

Drove 1 block and went into the grocery store. When I restarted all seemed well except that the audio switched from ipod to a mystery FM radio station.

Later when I plugged the car in it started charging immediately. I checked the charge timer and if was off.

How strange. Do you think the water got somewhere it shouldn’t have and caused some sort of reset?

I suppose that is possible, what about rain and splash from driving thru puddles.

Once before when hand pressure washing the car the lights flashed for no reason. It seems fine in an automated car wash.

That's too bad to hear if they are prone to issues with water or moisture.

It has been over a month since it reset, it has not happened again.
