The only things I can think of is either that Volvo has not completed the paper work yet as the XC 40 Recharge is just now reaching dealers lots or the website has not been up dated recently. I did notice that the Polestar 2 is listed so the XC 40 having the same running gear and being less expensive should be on the list as well

I was attempting to post this in the middle of the night but I couldn't get the picture uploaded correctly from my phone so I went back to sleep.
The vehicle is also noticeably missing from the SDG&E Champions for Clean Air rebate. https://chargehub.com/en/SDGE/teachers.php I've already emailed them as well.
