People have noticed the NBC companies have an extreme anti Tesla bias. Its not because James Murdoch head of Fox sits on the Tesla board. Its not because Tesla hasn't been pro labor union or is disrupting firms and industries unions have depended on. People are going to have to see CNBC and MSNBC for what they are. They are Comcast and the oligarch family behind Comcast. What is Comcast? It is a firm that has lobbied hard against Net Neutrality and Free Speech because those work against its core business of misleading the public about the public interest for profit and oligarchic outcomes. These news arms literally make their money from short circuiting and defeating democracy. The cable and entertainment aspects only serve as distraction from their core mission. NBC before Comcast was owned by Microsoft because it needed a lie platform when it was facing antitrust. Before that it was owned by GE because GE needed a lie platform to lie about its behavior as a producer of nuclear weapons. Neither of the NBCs are anymore liberal in truth than their owner Comcast. They spew liberal themes only as a safety valve and to position their companies to tell strategic lies. They aren't any more liberal than Hillary and Hillary's liberal sentiments didn't run any deeper than the social dimension, she was hard right on economic and political issues. Hillary like the NBC(s) was/is fake progressive. Very much like all the fake liberals who signed the no fossil fuels pledges but then took fossil fuel monies like AOC and Bernie and Warren- see opensecret.org They exist to mislead people about what is most important. Their method is to gain trust through interest pieces and making a bunch of noise but to always mislead and misdirect where it matters. These oligarchs foolishly invested in natural gas. That is why their lying NBC megaphone mouth piece is so anti Tesla. They are fine with rhetoric and lip service but they don't want just action of any kind because that will mean losing their oligarchic status.
