I have read that charging to 100% is bad and you should only charge to 80%. Is this true of the Kona as well? Opinions?

Nevermind, I was reading the wrong circuit breaker. Turns out I have a 100 amp circuit breaker. I will likely go with the 32A level 2 charger.
Also I just check my circuit breaker, it seems its only 20 amp. I own house. Would it be worth it to upgrade to 50 amp circuit breaker?
