  3. Thanks for finding and posting this, @JyChevyVolt!

I've written up a post with it for InsideEVs and included the other video from the channel offering a view from the interior, which I'll add here as well.

I thought it did pretty good on the track here. Pretty flat with a bit of understeer in the tightest turns. Hitting the curb on the corners didn't seem to upset it too much. Obviously it's not really a track car, but this performance bodes well for typical highway driving.

I'm signed up for the April 13th "Dancing With Cones" at Pitt Meadows. My Kona with All-weather Nokians will get a workout. The last time I used Nexens on an autocross circuit was a disaster. I'd just purchased a high-performance BMW from a used car dealer who before he sold it to me put shiny new Nexens on the car. A week later I enjoyed getting dizzy doing a 360˚spin after getting on the throttle too early coming out of a turn. My first (and last?) 360. A week later I had Michelin Super Sports on the car. What a difference!

Oh no, that wouldn't have been fun at all. Props to you for being 88 and still ripping up the performance tracks and circuits!!! I might have to give it a try.

Do give it a try. You'll love it! Very convivial and non-competitive bunch of people who love cars and discovering what their own car can do. All kinds of cars turn up. Limited to 33 cars. Go around the circuit one at a time. Many many runs per day. Expert coaching. Google BMW Car Club of BC. Price for a day of fun includes catered lunch. There is no better way to learn the performance capabilities of your car.
I haven't been ripping up the circuit---haha lol---since triple bypass surgery in summer of 2017 and return to the sport delayed by a crippling brain concussion January 2018. But the cat is back with a new car! Looking forward to meeting you, E-Shark, at Pitt Meadows Airport, April 13th.

I'm glad to hear the cat is back! I hope your health stays good that you can keep doing it for a while.
Question, since I'm assuming this is your first time taking an EV to one of these things, did you find out if they have chargers there? I'm sure the range will be enough, but if you need more juice will you be able to plug it in there?

No chargers at the event site. I'll arrive with full charge after juicing up at DCFC in Westwood Village in Coquitlam or at DCFC across the Fraser River at the other side of Golden Ears Bridge. I invite all Kona EV users to join me at this event. It's LOW-speed maneuvering around traffic cones arranged so you aren't going very fast (but you think you are). You can't imagine how much fun it is and how much you learn about your car.
